Classloader Analysis Tool Fails After Log In Information Is Provided

After deploying the Class Loader Analysis Tool, it gets an error after logging in. This error is shown in the browser. No apparent errors are shown in the log files.
The domain has been upgraded from 12.1.3 to 12.2.1. This issue could also occur when upgrading other versions.
