Cannot copy metadata values on content ui

EXPECTED BEHAVIOR

STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Click Upload > Standard Check-In.
2. Select 2-3 assets into the "Documents" section.
3. Select second asset
4. Select the first asset.
5. In the "Metadata" section, change the "Type" to something other than
"Document".
6. Click the icon to the right to copy the value to other forms.
7. Change the "Security Group" to something other than "".
8. Click the icon to the right to copy the value to other forms.
9. Select one of the other assets. Type is still set to Document and
Security Group is still set to .
10. Select the first asset. Type has reverted to Document and Security Group
has reverted to .

The issue has the following business impact:
Due to this issue, users cannot cannot use copy metadata feature

Cannot copy metadata values on content ui when uploading multiple items.
