On the OAM version 11.1.2.2.8, while applying the patch 17191718, Opatch gives a patch conflict error below:

Patch [ 17191718 ] conflict with patch(es) [ 21522149 ] in the Oracle Home.

To resolve patch conflicts please contact Oracle Support Services.
If you continue, patch(es) [ 21522149 ] will be rolled back and the new Patch [ 17191718
