Enterprise Capture Not Importing Emails or Email Attachments from Original Sender (Producer) (Doc ID 2158127.1)

Symptoms

Capture Email Import Processor does not process emails sent from only one email sender. The emails are not moved to a different folder, or imported, and not deleted.  All other emails are processed properly.

If the same emails are forwarded directly to the same email account, they are processed properly.

Changes

Occurs with a new email sender, or if the email sender has changed their email generation system to a customized solution.  In this case, the email sending system used a customized Python Email library to generate emails.
