Symptoms

In OIM11.1.2.2 or OIM11.1.2.3 environment:

1) Create a Certification task.
2) Login as reviewer to OIM self service console
3) Goto Inbox and click on the certification task. It throws following or similar popup error:

 When using a non-default weblogic admin user (say weblogic_idm) for OIM, SOA and weblogic operations.
