When Creating Searchable PDF Documents Pages are Rotated After Committed (Doc ID 2159568.1)

Symptoms

After releasing documents in Enterprise Capture 12c, some of the documents have pages that are being rotated 180 degrees.  The documents look fine when processing the batches after scanning.  This only happens on a few documents, and only after they are released from Capture.  The Commit processor is creating Searchable PDF documents.
