COLLECTION_ADD_LINK fails with tohasCollectionPath=true or tohasCollectionGUID=true

ERROR
-----------------------

java.lang.NumberFormatException: null


STEPS TO REPLICATE
-----------------------
Call the IdcService COLLECTION_ADD_LINK with either of following set of parameters:-

a. Using Path:
tohasCollectionPath=true
todCollectionPath=[The path to the Contribution Folder that the shortcut references.]

b. Using GUID:
tohasCollectionGUID=true
todCollectionGUID=[The GUID for the Contribution Folder that the shortcut references.]

Expected Result: A shortcut is added to a Contribution Folder or content within a Contribution Folder.
Actual Result: csCollectionUnableToAddLink error occurs with java.lang.NumberFormatException: null

BUSINESS IMPACT

User unable to use COLLECTION_ADD_LINK service that adds a shortcut to a Contribution Folder or content within a Contribution Folder.
