After creating a partition, external LDAP users are unable to login to WLS Admin console (Doc ID 2160709.1)

In a new WLS 12.2.1 domain, an Active Directory Authenticator is configured and AD users are granted "Admin" role. Ad users can login to console.

Create a new managed server, Virtual Target (targeted to managed server) and a new partition (targeted to Virtual Target).

Restart the domain.

AD users can no longer login to console.
