Health Check Failing (Doc ID 2161012.1)

On some OMSS servers, the Health Check URL Fails with the error "the server encountered an internal error or misconfiguration and was unable to complete your request."  Other OMSS servers with the same configuration in the customer's environment work with no issues

The following events is seen in the Windows Eventvwr application log.

event ID: 1000
faulting application name:httpd.exe, version
faulting moduel name: bmax_common_dll. version
exception code:0x00000005
fault offset: 0x00005513
faulting application path: d:\Bitzer\gateway\bin\httpd.exe
faulting module path: d:\Bitzer\gateway\bin\bmax_common.dll

The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. load the healthcheck URL

The issue has the following business impact:
Due to this issue, users cannot register mobile devices with this access server.
