LDAP Entitlement Provisioning Failing for Entitlements that Include a "/" (Doc ID 2161439.1)

Symptoms

Running OIM 11.1.2.3.0 with OIM OID Connector 11.1.1.x

Integrating OIM with ODSEE as target system.
When provisioning Entitlements in ODSEE via OIM, it fails when there is "/" in the entitlement CN.
- No error on screen, but status of the entitlement is In Progress

Example:
Entitlement Name: Asia/Pacific
