Symptoms

Inserting the new password verification field fails in a template password change confirmation change form if using the "Quietly generate and submit password" option. The incorrect value is inserted. If using another password change method such as auto with manual option the entire PWC process completes.  This issue occurs if the  password confirmation form appears in a new window.
