Symptoms

Unable to access back-end  Forms application via OTD. It gives  FRM-93242 error.

Forms 12.2.1  running in a clustered environment . Oracle http server 12.2.1 configured as proxy to Forms.

Changes

OTD is configured with origin pool pointing to the  Oracle http server, which again proxy the request to the Forms Clustered servers.

Browser --> OTD --> OHS --> Forms cluster

Forms application is accessible through OHS port successfully.

The issue is seen only when the application is accessed via OTD.
The issue is observed only with Clustered server and not with a standalone Forms server.
