Symptoms

A customer has 5 machines with 4 nodes on each machine. When the 4 nodes on any machine are restarted during request load time, one of the nodes while restarting them pauses for 60 to 80 secs before starting a Distributed cache service. There is a gap in the logs shows as below given.
