Symptoms
Application using the JDBC/thin with SSL receives error "IO Error: SSL peer shut down incorrectly" while reading BLOBs greater than 1MB.
The error was encountered with the JDBC 12.1.0.2 but is not specific to this JDBC driver version.
The issue does not happen with smaller BLOB values. The issue does not happen with when using JDBC without the SSL.
