Tuxedo BBL Process Crashed When TSAM Plug-In Configured But TSAM Is Not Used

Tuxedo Version 18.104.22.168.0, 32-bit, Patch Level 049, platform is Red Hat Enterprise 5 Linux x86-64 64-bit
After a customer conversational server died then the Tuxedo BBL process crashed.
This is the first time this problem happened after customer upgraded to Tuxedo 12.1.3 .
Customer cleaned ipc resource and rebooted the Tuxedo domain to restore their services.
