Bulk kill of cache members on a machine restarts wrong members hosted on other machines in the cluster (Doc ID 2163209.1)

Symptoms

When bringing down all of the Coherence cache server hosted on a machine out of multiple physical machines' hosted cluster environment all the other cache servers are also started restarting and the data being lost. The servers reporting the below errors.
