After OUD 11.1.2.3 upgrade, case sensitivity for the RDN attribute value is not retained.

Before Upgrade
DN=cn=<CN>,cn=groups,dc=xx,dc=com
cn=<CN_VALUE_IN_CAPS>

After Upgrade
DN=cn=<CN>,cn=groups,dc=xx,dc=com
cn=<CN_VALUE_IN_LOWERCASE>

After the upgrade, OUD should retain case sensitivity in the RDN value (cn value in the example above).
