Coherence Push Replication Not Working When Disabled and then Enable from a JMX Console (Doc ID 2163226.1)

Symptoms

On 3.7.1.x and above version, Oracle Coherence
On 11.3.1 and 12.3.1 push replication version.

Coherence cache replication events are not working when the customer was disabled and enable it from a JMX console. It should be working after temporary replication pausing/stopping and enabled again.
