java.util.MissingResourceException when creating Value Chain Models in BPM Composer (Doc ID 2163690.1)

Symptoms

In version 12.2.1.0.0, when using BPM Composer you might experience problems creating Value Chain Models. In the logs you might see a java.util.MissingResourceException.

For example, after creating two value chain diagrams, logs start to show a large quantity of this exception:
