Symptoms

After incorporating Windows authentication, when logging in to WFR Web Verifier, the below error occurs:

User name or password is invalid. Please try again.

Prior to using Windows authentication, this error did not occur. this is not specific to one user.  After Importing a new user from Active Directory (AD) to WFR, the issue also occurs.
