Blob Attributes and Insite Editing with CKEditor (Doc ID 2164130.1)

Symptoms

CKEditor editor does not work in web mode when the attribute is blob (only if it is text or string).  Instead of displaying the contents of the attribute, a URL to the blob file is displayed.
