Login to New ODI 11g Installed with OBIA Fails with Error "ODI-10199: Incorrect ODI username or password" (Doc ID 2164143.1)

Symptoms

After installing a brand new Oracle Data Integrator 11g (ODI) with Oracle Business Intelligence Applications (OBIA), the user is unable to log into the Repository.

The instructions in section Configuring User Access for ODI Studio of the OBIA documentation was followed to enable ODI to use the WebLogic Server embedded LDAP server. This includes copying the cwallet.sso and jps-config-jse.xml files from OBIA and editing the odi.conf file to point to the jps-config-jse.xml file.

When the users attempt to log in using ODI Studio, they receive the following error message:

This same JPS file and wallet are working for OBIA (BIApps).

Changes
