How to Prevent a Beneficiary From Approving His Own Request

Information in this document applies to any platform.
Using delegation and reassignment, you have found that a beneficiary is able to approve his own request. For example:
--UserA submits a request on UserB's behalf, and the request is assigned to UserB's manager UserC, for approval.
--UserC logs in, opens the request, and then reassigns it to UserB.
--UserB is now able to approve the request for himself.
Per compliance rule the beneficiary cannot be also be the approver.
