Symptoms

Customer encountering ongoing errors similar to the following;

2016-06-15 21:02:57 WARNING OGG-02544 Oracle GoldenGate Delivery for Oracle, prod_rep.prm: Unhandled error (ORA-26786: A row with key ("GROUP_ID") = (pg4113866778) exists but has conflicting column(s) "VERSION" in table Owner.Table_name
ORA-01403: no data found) while processing the record at SEQNO 3, RBA 240393638 in Integrated mode. REPLICAT will retry in Direct mode.
