Script error when checking in document with DIS

Receive the below error after upgrading WebCenter Content (WCC) Server bundle patch 15 for UCM, and installing the latest DIS build ( that was included on a test PC. When checking in content via word, excel, outlook etc. we get the following.

Script Error: An error has occurred in the script on this page.
Line: 7426
Char: 1
Error: Object doesn't support property or method 'addEventListener'
Code: 0
URL: <http://server/cs/idcplg/.......
Do you want to continue running scripts on this page?

The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Open Outlook and select an email.
2. Select Check In Mail Items.
3. The Check In Content dialog opens and user selects the server and profile.
4. Click Continue and the script error is presented.

There is no error logged in the server logs, but as this seems to be a client-side script issue it is not expected. Issue is with Windows 7 with Microsoft Office 2010. The error does not happen via Explorer so seems to be related to the office integration.
