Symptoms

Using OAM 11.1.2.3.0:
When trying to access the OAMconsole through the following URL:
http://<HOST>:<WLS_ADMIN_PORT>/oamconsole

It redirects to http://<HOST>:<WLS_OAM_PORT>/oam/server/obrareq.cgi?wh%3DIAMSuiteAgent+wu%3D%2Foamconsole%2Ffaces%2Findex.jspx+wo%3DGET+rh%3Dhttp%3A%2F%2F<HOST>%3A7002%2Foamconsole%2Ffaces+ru%3D%2Foamconsole%2Ffaces%2Findex.jspx

Then getting the following error:
The page can't be displayed
Make sure the web address http://<HOST>:<WLS_OAM_PORT> is correct
