Symptoms
With OIM 11.1.2.3.5, on the Self Service console, unable to view Request Details.
- Login using SSO URL and browse to Pending Approvals.
- Click on a pending approval task shows a blank page (in Chrome)
As a result unable to complete Request-Approval or track/approve requests.
