Symptoms

With OIM 11.1.2.3.5, on the Self Service console,

- Unable to view Request Details - Login using SSO URL and browse to Pending Approvals. Click on a pending approval task and it throws the following error (in Firefox) and throws a blank page (in Chrome)

- Unable to complete Request-Approval. User cannot track/approve requests.
