Request Details Are Showing Blank Due to Incorrect Settings in the HTTP Front End Web Server/Load Balancer

With OIM 220.127.116.11.5, on the Self Service console, unable to view Request Details.
- Login using SSO URL and browse to Pending Approvals.
- Click on a pending approval task shows a blank page (in Chrome)
As a result unable to complete Request-Approval or track/approve requests.
