Symptoms
ODI 12c mappings which use IKM Oracle Merge component KM is supposed to use only the "WHEN MATCHED" clause as an alternative to UPDATE in the SQL statement.
However, after upgrade to ODI 12.2.1, while removing all checks for "Insert" on target tables and only having "update" set on the update columns, the "WHEN NOT MATCHED" clause is seen to be generated for the same mappings.
The "WHEN NOT MATCHED" clause is not generated with ODI 11g and ODI 12.1.3.
