Unable To Filter User Certification By Percent Complete (Doc ID 2166374.1)

Symptoms

When inside a certification task, one clicks on the "Query By Example" to show column "filters". These filters work fine for User Log in and First Name, but unable to filter users based on Percent Complete.

Requirement is to filter users that are still at 0 percent completion.

Steps to reproduce :
1- Create a User certification
2- Run it
3- Open the certification
4- Complete some of the items
5- Click on "Query By example"
6- Try to filter using percent values (e.g. 0, 33, 42)
