Symptoms

When executing Oracle Data Integrator (ODI) 11.1.1.7.0 interface, ODI SAP BW Adapter/LKM  errors in executing ABAP program with "Background Job was ABORTED in the SAP system".

Extracting delta data of an open hub from SAP BW 7.4 system throws the below exception (error is found in BW 7.0 as well):
