AccountNotFoundException: When Manual Provisioning Request is Customized to Auto Approve

1) Role is requested for the user and corresponding access policies are triggered to assign the disconnected resource to the user.
2) ManualProvisioningStart task is triggered, which in turns will call the SOA composite and completed response is returned from SOA.
3) Callback services are getting the failure response from OIM with following error:
