Unable To Configure OIM to OUD Ldap Sync Over SSL

While running OIM 11gR2 PS2 having LDAP Sync enabled with OUD, it is working fine in non-ssl mode but unable to configure it to talk over SSL.
Initially deployed all components on NON-SSL ports and that configured LDAPSync between OIM and OUD automatically whcich works. However, when SSL is configured in the environment, LDAPSync over SSL doesn't seem to be working.
