Exalogic Virtual: Cannot Create vServer in a Compute Node after Motherboard Replacement in that Compute Node

Unable to create vServer on a specific compute node after motherboard replacement on than Compute Node.
During the re-discovery of "Server OS @ ... cnXX", we get the following warning and job does not complete even after waiting for 1 hour:
08/01/2016 01:42:03 PM IST WARNING Model population failed for the ecu-pc-IPoIB-vserver-shared-storage-secondary-94433741/com.sun.hss.domain:name=10.XX.XXX.XXX-OvmServer,type=Server at 10.XX.XXX.XXX (10.XX.XXX.XXX). ecu-pc-IPoIB-vserver-shared-storage-secondary-94433741/com.sun.hss.domain:name=10.XX.XXX.XXX-OvmServer,type=Server removed from the domain model.
