Goal

How to change default user search behavior?
When doing a user search (Manage > Users), our team will want to search by User Login 100% of the time. The current functionality defaults to searching by Display Name. As a result every time they search for a user they will have to change the field being searched on. Is there any way to configure this search so that it defaults to User Login rather than Display Name?
