Enterprise Capture Import Processor Fails with Error "ORA-01653: unable to extend table DEV_CAPTURE.ECAUDIT" (Doc ID 2169406.1)

Symptoms

Capture Import Processor fails on batches and the following error occurs in the diagnostic log:

[ERROR] [CAPTURE-10014] [oracle.odc.batchmanager.BatchManagerSessionBean] [tid: [ACTIVE].ExecuteThread: '10' for queue: 'weblogic.kernel.Default (self-tuning)'] [userId:<User> ] [ecid: <ECID>] [APP: capture] [partition-name: DOMAIN] [tenant-name: GLOBAL] Error creating batch[[
java.sql.SQLException: ORA-01653: unable to extend table DEV_CAPTURE.ECAUDIT by 8192 in tablespace DEV_CAPTURE

Note that this error may occur on a table other than the one mentioned in the error message, DEV_CAPTURE.ECAUDIT.

Changes

New installation of Capture 12c, database upgrade, and Capture schema configuration changes.
