Symptoms
Within the Content UI log files, this error is being thrown intermittently:

failed with IOException
weblogic.utils.NestedRuntimeException: Cannot parse POST parameters of request: '/wcc/faces/wccdoc'
Caused By: java.net.ProtocolException: EOF after reading only: '0' of: '16' promised bytes, out of which at least: '0' were already buffered
Even when the timeout value is increased to 120 seconds, as per this note, the issue persists:
