Exalogic Virtual Rack ZFS Heads Incomplete Discovery From Enterprise Manager After PSU Application (Doc ID 2169586.1)

Symptoms

In Exalogic Virtual 2.0.6.X virtual racks issue of ZFS heads incompletely discovered from Enterprise Manager Cloud Control 12c is seen. This issue happened after the PSU application. 

No metrics data is collected on the EM side from the Exalogic ZFS heads at the time of the issue.

Below is the screenshot from EM console which shows how the Exalogic rack ZFS assets are shown in EM console at the time of the issue and when it was working prior to PSU application.

Validating further, we do not see any configuration issues with discovery of Exalogic rack from EM. All the necessary plugins are deployed on OMS and agent level on EM agent running on EC1 EMOC Control vServer. "oracle_agent" user which is EM agent user exists on both the ZFS heads and kiosk user setting was disabled for "oracle_agent" user in ZFS BUI as recommended.

When we try to refresh the Exalogic rack asset from EM we get "ZFS Plugin required" error message as shown in below screenshot. But when we notice that the ZFS plugin is already deployed on OMS and EM agent running on the EC1 EMOC Control vServer.
