You have customized the approval task in your OIM composite to expire after some period of time. However, you observe some unexpected behavior when an approver requests more information from the submitter, or some other user or group. When the task status changes to "Information Requested," the request is reassigned, there is an initial email notification that is sent to the new assignee, but no additional notifications are sent as reminders, even though configured. Moreover, you observe that when the task is in status "Information Requested," the task will never expire.
