Symptoms
After upgrading the oracle database from 11.2.0.4 to 12.1.0.2.0 (pluggable database), testing an application in JDeveloper 10.1.2.3 resulted in the following error:
Queries with no bind variables work fine
STEPS TO REPRODUCE
-------------------------
1. Upgrade database from 11.2.0.4 to 12.1.0.2.0
2. Test the application using JDeveloper 10.1.2.3 which will connect to the database and perform the query
3. Observe the error
