Information in this document applies to any platform.
DB upgrade was performed from 11.2.0.3 to 11.2.0.4.Extract was restarted after this, but stays on recovery mode. Activity tracing shows it is unable to find logs for recovery.
Verified that redo logs were present, and not corrupted.
