Extract Unable To Complete Recovery After DB Upgrade

DB upgrade was performed from 126.96.36.199 to 188.8.131.52.Extract was restarted after this, but stays on recovery mode. Activity tracing shows it is unable to find logs for recovery.
Verified that redo logs were present, and not corrupted.
