Symptoms

When migrating BPM instances some instances fail to migrate with the following error  "Cannot find subscription for 160001-ACT1673200624019-ACT16732003465441_inline.4-2"

Changes

 A new process version with the same revision was deployed when running BPM 11.1.1.7.7 or older
