CLOB UTF-8 Character May Be Wrongly Converted When Set "SOURCECHARSET PASSTHRU" In Replicat Param
Symptoms
CLOB UTF-8 will implicitly be converted UTF-16BE when "SOURCECHARSET PASSTHRU" In Replicat Param.
"SOURCECHARSET PASSTHRU" may be set for avoid OGG-03010 as describe in Doc ID 2108670.1.
As a result, CLOB characters at target side may be garbage.
