Enterprise Capture File Conversion in Document Conversion Processor Loses Fonts on Linux / Unix Server (Doc ID 2172641.1)

Symptoms

The Document Conversion Processor conversion of non-Image documents (e.g. PDF to TIF) loses the font data. The fonts are changed from readable English characters to non-readable glyphs.  The same conversion works on Windows Operating Systems, but fails on Linux / Unix.
