Symptoms
WebCenter Content 11.1.1.9
An HTTP 503 error will be generated when consuming the webalyout file of an item.
This can occur when when clicking the Web Location link in the item's DOC_INFO page.
And it can occur when consuming the file directly through a browser like:
http://mywccsystem:16200/cs/groups/public/documents/document/yzlf/mdax/~edisp/wcc9_001472.pdf
The following error appears in the content server logs:
The vault file can still be accessed.
Content check ins and check outs still work as expected.
