After configuring a new BPM installation with enabled SSL, the following error  is thrown:

Internal Error; Service error occurs in IdentityService in method lookupUser.

If that's the correct time, the problem looks to be related to SSL configuration.
Remember, on Friday I mentioned that SOA has an internal service called "Identity service" ?
Well, what happens here is that the connection from the workspace to the Identity service has problems with SSL:
Caused By: javax.xml.soap.SOAPException: javax.xml.soap.SOAPException: Message send failed: Certificate not verified.
