WIKI Document corrupted after Save or when switching to HTML (Doc ID 2173680.1)

Creating or editing a new WIKI document in WebCenter Portal is not working.

The file gets corrupted when it is saved, or when it is switched from the RTE to HTML tab.

Test case:

1. Create a new Wiki Document in WebCenter Portal and write in the RTE editor:
