OES10g - Unable login to ASI console observing ClassNotFoundException: javelin.jsp.JspFunctionMapper

Symptoms

On OES10GR3 version, OES Admin Application

When attempting to Downgrade the CP6 patch, re-started the OES, and trying to access the ASI console seeing following error occurs and unable to login ASI console.

Observing this in ASI login screen:

The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
Install the Weblogic 10.3.0, Install the OES 10gr3, apply cp5, run the schema and then upgrade the wls 10.3.3 and apply cp6.

Failed while upgrade the schema, failed with error, then downgrading the cp6 patch
