Symptoms

After installing the SOA Quickstart on 64-bit Windows, the following error occurs when starting up the Integrated WLS:

Could not listen on port 1527 on host localhost:
java.net.BindException: Address already in use: JVM_Bind

Changes

 Even when changing the port related to the Derby server, the error persists.
