Goal
Is it Possible to Create a Batch Script for Mass Upgrade Portals from a Previous Release Instead of Clicking "Upgrade this portal" link for each Portal?
After upgrading Webcenter Portal from 11.1.1.7 to 11.1.1.8 or 11.1.1.9 it is required to manually upgrade each Portal by going to the Portal Overview Page and clicking the "Upgrade this portal" link per the following Note:

Need to know if it is possible to automate the upgrade process when having many Portals / SubPortals.
