On Mobile Browsers Dialog Does Not Align to the Center of Visible Viewport on Zoom In/Out (Doc ID 2174876.1)

Symptoms

When zooming in an ADF Faces page with a dialog on mobile browser, on zoom out dialog is not aligned to the center of visible viewport. This is seen in Chrome (Android/iOS) and Safari (iOS).

Desktop browsers on the other hand align the dialog to the center of visible viewport on zoom out.
